We would like to inform you that our theme restaurants are "additional" services that we offer to our hotel guests who book their holidays on an all-inclusive basis. SBH reserves the right to open or close this service depending on the occupation, holidays or days off of staff, maintenance, change of theme, etc. The objective of SBH is to increase the number of thematic restaurants to offer a wider choice. Please note that all theme restaurants may be closed at any time depending on the above reasons and we will not accept any claim in this regard. Starting from November 6, 2024, the cleaning service will be reduced to five days a week. Appropriate compensation will be provided during the stay to minimize any inconvenience and ensure a high-quality experience. The hotel does not accept a rebooking. If a booking is cancelled to take advantage of a new, cheaper rate, the difference must be paid or the booking cancelled.

About 150 m from a beach is located the hotel SBH Hotel Club Paraiso Playa. The city centre is around 10 km away. A supermarket is around 4 km away. In the vicinity a leisure park (approx. 25 km) offers entertainment during the best time of the year. The hotel has a 24h reception, Wi-Fi, a lift, a supermarket and other shops, a hairdresser, a jacuzzi, parking spaces as well as a TV lounge. In the outdoor area of the property you will find a pool (open all year), where sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for free. There is also a children's pool. For your entertainment, the hotel offers a disco. For very young guests, cots can also be provided. You can store your luggage in the hotel's storage room. To clean your clothes there is a laundry service (extra fee). If necessary, you can contact the medical centre (for a fee). Guests at the accommodation can get a wake-up call from the hotel personnel. For conventions and other business meetings, the hotel offers a conference area. If you want to explore the holiday region, you can use the car rental service close to the hotel (extra fee). Due to its barrier-free facilities the hotel is also suitable for wheelchair users.
