NOTE: since 1.7.2011 a visitor's tax is due in Florence. Each guest must pay the following amount per night on the spot:
3 star hotels: 4,50 Euro/person/night
4 star hotels: 4,90 Euro/person/night
5 star hotels: 5,00 Euro/person/night


If your scheduled flight arrives after 4 AM, the hotel room will be available on the day of arrival at the official check-in time, which may vary depending on the booked hotel.
Likewise the check-out time on your departure day has to be maintained. If your scheduled return flight departs until midnight you have to check-out at the dedicated check-out time that day.
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with our service team for a fee and depending on availability.
