**A Visa is mandatory and can be obtained before departure against a fee of 32.50€ at the Embassy of Egypt or on destination through the Tour Guide Service.** **Transportation of special or additional baggage on the transfer to and from the hotel, may be subject to extra charges, payable on site (depending on the baggage approx. 15€ per way).**
If your scheduled flight arrives after 4 AM, the hotel room will be available on the day of arrival at the official check-in time, which may vary depending on the booked hotel. Likewise the check-out time on your departure day has to be maintained. If your scheduled return flight departs until midnight you have to check-out at the dedicated check-out time that day. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with our service team for a fee and depending on availability.
