The services in the concept are valid for the high season (summer). In winter, some services are limited. The hotel reserves the right to change without notice any time in its absolute discretion. Room Service for guests staying in King Suite, Deluxe Villa, Serenity Villa, Queen Villa, King Villa, VIP Villa and Presidential Villa, Platinum Card holders and Long Stay guests (28 nights and more) is 24 hours free of charge. For all other room types Room Service is 24 hours extra chargeable.

The hotel Gloria Serenity Resort is located approx. 400 m from the private beach. The old town is around 37 km away. A supermarket is around 5 km away. There is a shuttle between the hotel and the airport (for a fee). On the beach are cushions, sun umbrellas and beach towels available. Cold drinks are served at the beach bar. The hotel has a 24h reception, a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, a lift, a shop, a hairdresser as well as parking spaces. In the outdoor area you will find a seasonally open pool (open , where sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for free. For children there is also a children's pool. If you want to explore the holiday region, you can use the car rental service close to the hotel (extra fee). Catering Breakfast is offered from the buffet. Dinner is also served as a buffet. When booking all-inclusive, - for an extra fee - one meal in the à la carte restaurant is included.
