The services in the concept are valid for the high season (summer). In winter, some services are limited. The hotel reserves the right to change without notice any time in its absolute discretion. Due to the bad weather conditions in the winter months, our decking area over the sea was damaged. Presumably this maintenance will continue until May 20th 2018, until this time the area will be out of use and guests will use our other pier ***** Reservations are not allowed to be cancelled at the previous price and rebooked with the same details at a more suitable discount

The hotel Charisma Deluxe is located approx. 50 m from the private beach. The city centre is around 2 km away. A supermarket is around 700 m away. On the beach are cushions, sun umbrellas and beach towels available. Cold drinks are served at the beach bar. The hotel is equipped with a 24h reception, a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, a lift, a shop, a hairdresser, a first aid kit as well as parking spaces. In the outdoor area you will find a seasonally open pool (open , where sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for free. There is also a children's pool. Inside the hotel you can use an indoor pool. For very young guests, highchairs can be provided. You can store your luggage in the hotel's storage room. To clean your clothes there is a laundry service (extra fee). For your comfort the hotel page will ensure you are looked after. If necessary, you can contact the medical centre (for a fee). The energy supply is 220 Volts. Catering Breakfast is offered from the buffet. Lunch and dinner are also served from the buffet. Your physical well-being is catered for by the pool bar.
