If a group is detected, it will be automatically rejected. This voucher has a special rate since the accommodation was booked through an on-site agency, it requires the signature and physical stamp of the travel agency that made the sale. In the event that it is presented at the hotel without fulfilling this requirement, the client must pay at reception the difference of the rate that amounts to approximately 15% of the reserved price.
