The establishment reserves the right to request a deposit on arrival which will be charged by credit card and will be returned after checking the condition of the apartment/room if there has been no damage during your stay (up to 48h after check-out). All guests, including minors, must present official identification upon arrival. The only valid documents accepted are DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, according to the Spanish regulations in force (Order INT/321/2021 and Royal Decree 933/2021). This measure is compulsory and necessary in order to comply with current legislation on the registration of travellers. In order to register or accommodate a child, a document identifying the child is required: DNI or Family Book or Individual Registration.
