The reception hours are 9.00 -16.00. Advise with arrival time. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday and Half Board basis will not be offered. Hotel Check-in process: - Reception hours are from 09:00 - 21:00 hours. - In case of arriving outside these hours, it is mandatory to leave a cell phone number to send instructions by WhatsApp. To coordinate the delivery of keys, it is mandatory to notify the approximate time of arrival. - In case of failure to do so, or if the arrival does not occur within the scheduled hours, the availability of the reserved accommodation will not be guaranteed, with the consequent cancellation of the reservation without compensation for the Traveler.
