BOOKINGS:All bookings must be accompanied by at least one "principal name" of client per room or apartment. Rooms or apartments of the same reservation must be booked on the same meal plan. Bookings that do not meet these requirements will NOT be be considered as compliant. Bookings with multiple diets will not be accepted. Name changes will NOT be accepted. The "main name" that appears on the booking must coincide with the "main name" on the voucher, otherwise the establishment reserves the right to admit the entrance of the client. The hotel reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel a reservation received automatically through its reservation integration system, if within 48 hours it finds that there has been a computer error in the reservation. In bookings of 3 or more rooms or apartments: they must be confirmed by the establishment, even if they are booked in different booking references. CHECK IN and CHECK OUT: In HOTELS; the room may be accessed from 16:00. and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out service until 18:00 hours is available upon request and availability with charges. The hotel may ask the guests for an official document proving the age of the children. In case of not bringing it, the adult rate will be applied. Children under under 16 years old are not allowed to access to the SPA DYNASTIC and GYMNASIUM
