- When booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. CHECK IN: From 15:00 hours onwards. CHECK OUT: Before 11:00 hours. CHECK IN AND KEYS COLLECTION: There is no reception in the Villarroel building. Reception and key collection will take place between 07:00h. and 00:30h. at the Aramunt building in Muntaner street, 60. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, we have an alternative option to check in: You can go to our night branch building in Pujades street, 120 to check in and get the keys of your flat (open from 23:00 to 06:30). PETS: Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 1 pet of 15kg per apartment. The cost per pet is per night. Pets must be kept on a leash in the case of dogs (and muzzled in the case of aggressive or dangerous breeds) and in their kennel in the case of other pets. Dog owners must ensure that their dogs do not bark, especially at night. DEPOSIT: A deposit is required on the day of arrival as a guarantee against any damage. This deposit will be refunded in full on the day of departure if the apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
