The hotel gets the right to refuse group bookings, where the bookings have been made separately, but are clearly part of the same group. The Hotel does not accept any bookings made by Group of Stags, Hen parties, Birthday- Meetings former students, etc. However if we don’t detected before the arrival of the client that the reservation is a group, on their arrival we will be required them a deposit of € 300 per person. This deposit will be solidarity, if only one component of the group, draw / upset / assaulted / is arrested during their stay, they will pay the entire amount withheld for this purpose. Also, the hotel can to reject the booking at any time before, during or after arrival . Reservation modifications are allowed, provided they are equal or greater value, with a minimum notice of 15 days to the date of entry (depending on availability and on request). The surcharge for modification of reservation is € 25 per room. In no case is it permissible to modify the reservation holder. HB includes breakfast and dinner. For groups of more than 6 persons, a mandatory security deposit of 300 € per room will be requested by the reception. The rates for the 25th of December in the Half Board and Full Board regimes include the Special Christmas Gala at lunch. The rates for the 31st December include the Special New Year's Eve Gala, as this is compulsory in all the regimes.
