Location

The Blue Pearl Hotel is located on the seafront, on the beach, 600 meters from the pedestrian alley of the central part of the Sunny Beach resort.

 

Facilities

Built in 2008, renovated in 2023, on 6 floors, 3 elevators, 101 rooms.

Reception, currency exchange, air conditioning in the common parts of the hotel, main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, lobby bar, pool bar, safe at the reception (payment), free wireless Internet access in the common parts. Laundry (payment) and iron and ironing board (on request). Rent a bike (payment). Doctor on call. Payment by credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Master card) is possible.
Disabled access to common areas in the hotel and there is one disable room in the hotel.

Double standard appr. 20-30 m2, (min 1 + 0/ max 2 + 0), 2 single beds or 1 double bed, city view. Rooms of various sizes: with balconies and without. In cramped rooms there is possible to put a baby cot (free, on request), in wider rooms there is possible to put a baby crib (on request only).

Apartment with one bedroom, appr. 40 -50 m², (min 2+0 / max 3+1) - 1 double bed or 2 single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed. Sea-side view.

Apartment with two bedrooms appr. 70 - 80m², (min. 4+0 / max 4+2) – 2 bedrooms (in one - 1 double bed, in the other - two separate beds) and a living room with 1 sofa bed. Sea-side view.

All rooms have a mini fridge, TV cable, telephone, central air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a hairdryer, a balcony (not in all DBL rooms) with a table and chairs. Baths are available only in apartments. Ceramic tile on the floor.

 

Children

Children's section in the outdoor pool, kids club, animation, baby cots (free, on request), high chairs in the restaurant, children's menu. Electronic games (extra charge).

 

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor swimming pool (440m²; 0, 60 – 1, 80 m), sun beds and parasol around the pool and sun beds and parasol on the beach (subject to availability), fitness, animation

Payable: safe deposit box at the reception, parking.

 

Pets are not allowed.

Under certain conditions – "request and confirmation from the hotel and a one-time payment of 100 BGN at the reception" – small dogs up to 5 kg are allowed.

Parking - parking is paid on the spot, a limited number of spaces. Payment of BGN 25 per day on the spot, subject to availability on the day of arrival, without prior reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to change the hours of breakfast, lunch and dinner, the working hours of bars and restaurants, as well as the prices of

additional services.

According to the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, umbrella and sunbed services on the beach in front of the hotel are provided

after the opening of the summer tourist season, water rescue is provided by the concessionaire on the beach and until the official closure of the

summer tourist season. Beach umbrellas and deckchairs are NOT provided before the summer tourist season opens or after the summer tourist

season closes, as well as in the absence of water rescue by the beach concessionaire.

Depending on weather conditions, some of the hotel's facilities may not be fully operational at the beginning and end of the season.
