A DEPOSIT with credit card details or Cash is required per apartment. In case of refusal to leave security deposit, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in. The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there is no damage in the apartment, the apartment does not need extra cleaning and if there is no record of misbehavior of the guests. Hotel reserves the right of charging a Bad Behavior fee. The Ondamar Hotel does not accept groups that are travelling for celebratory reasons such hen, stag, young or similar events. The Restaurant A Lota at the moment is only open for breakfast service and Bar Mirage is closed due to the labor market deficit in the F&B sector that affects the Algarve region, Portugal and throughout Europe.
