Arena Mar Hotel Complex is located in the resort of Golden Sands, which stretches along the northern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, 15 km from Varna. The hotel is located not far from the Perunika Hotel. The distance to the beach is 150 m, and. The center of the resort is 300 meters away.

Built in 2015, 5 floors, 2 elevators, 199 rooms.

Main restaurant, snack restaurant, lobby bar, safe deposit box rental (payment), currency exchange, car rental, room service, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, pool bar, laundry service (surcharge), conference room with 120 seats, swimming pools (indoor, outdoor), spa, games room, beauty salon (hairdresser and manicure). 1 room for the disabled.

Accommodation

Check in time: 14:00 p.m.

Check out time: 12:00 p.m.

Double rooms approx. 25 m², (max.2+1/3+0) – two separate beds or one double bed, extra bed with sofa bed, street/pool view. 

Apartments with one bedroom approx. 40 sq.m., (max.2+2/3+0); the bedroom has 1 double bed and a bathroom with bathtub/WC, in the hall: 1 large sofa bed and a bathroom with shower/WC, 1 terrace. The rooms are separate, walk-through.

In all rooms: central air conditioning, telephone, sat. TV, mini-fridge, safe (payment 6 BGN per day), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, carpet flooring, Wi-Fi, balcony with table and chairs. Ironing board and iron on request at the reception.

*Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability after confirmation by the hotel and at an additional cost.

Baby cots (5 euros/day), highchairs in the restaurant (free of charge), children's outdoor pool, playground, mini club, animation.

 

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor swimming pool (open from 01.05. to 30.09.), sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, animation, fitness, table tennis, water gymnastics, Wi-Fi. Indoor swimming pool (open from 20.09 to 15.05.)

Paid: doctor's services, massages, SPA center: sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, beauty salon (hairdresser and manicure), laundry, billiards.

 

Pets are allowed – extra charge (small up to 5 kg / 5 euro per day), upon request and hotel confirmation.

 

Parking lot – extra charge of 20 BGN per day, per vehicle, limited places. Price may be increased up to +5 BGN per day during summer season 2025.

Entertainment and sport:

Sport activities: gym hall – opening hours 08:00 – 19:00, table tennis, aqua aerobics, morning gymnastics, darts, water volley, etc.

According to the animation program at day and evening times: evening shows, guest animation, contests, awards, dances, DJ parties, live music, varied group games, dance lessons and others. Full animation program from 01.06.-31.08, light animation program (May and September).

Children: Mini club for 4-12 years old, mini disco at evening, children’s section in both out and indoor pools, games, lessons and many more, attended by professional animators’ team (from 01.07.- 31.08.)

 

Additional information:

Ø Small pets are allowed against charge. Pets are not allowed to be in the restaurant, around the pool area, lobby area and terrace – where other hotel guests are resting.

Ø Sun bed reservations are not accepted, any unattended towels are removed from the pool staff.

Ø Any food and drinks cannot be taken out of the restaurants and bars due to public and HACCP regulations.

Ø It is not allowed to smoke in the hotel lobby and restaurants, bars and rooms according Bulgarian low.

Ø The mini bar in the rooms is paid extra.

It is not allowed to take hotel towels from the room to the beach or pool. Special towels may be taken at reception with safety deposit 20 BGN per towel.
