Location

Sineva Beach Hotel is located on the border of Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas, in a quiet and peaceful area known for its healthy and mild climate. The hotel complex offers a relaxing atmosphere of relaxation and friendly service. The distance to the center of Sunny Beach resort is 4 km. Buses run 4-5 times a day (from 11:00 to 22:00) from the hotel to the center of Sunny Beach and to Nessebar (payment). The hotel is located right on the beach and offers a magnificent view of the sea. The fantastic pool is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious park with many flowers and well-kept bushes. Please note that this hotel is not suitable for guests with mobility problems.

 

Facilities

The hotel was built in 2004 and renovated in 2023/24. The hotel has 4 floors, elevator, 122 rooms. At guests' disposal are reception, safes (payment), main restaurant, lobby and lobby bar, luggage room, internet. In the garden there is a beautiful three-level swimming pool with a pool bar. There is an exchange office next to the hotel. Laundry service (charge).

Double room - appr. 22 sq. m., (max 2+1/3+0), double bed or 2 separated beds, extendible armchair.

All units have: bathroom with bath-tub or shower, hair-dryer, WC, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge and air-conditioning. All rooms have balconies.

For children

Baby cot (5 BGN per day, on request), high chairs in the restaurant free of charge. Children's section in the outdoor pool, playground with a wooden house. Animation, kids club (4-12 years old).

 

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers/umbrellas around. Small fitness room, aerobics, water aerobics, water polo, mini football / soccer goal / darts, boccia, volleyball, yoga / Zumba.

Adult animation: daytime and evening programs on the theater stage in the open air.

Charges: tennis, bicycle rental, massages, round-the-clock medical service, hotel shuttle bus, water sports: Jet Ski, water skiing, banana boating, pedal boats, etc.

Beach/Pool Towels:

1. A one-time refundable deposit of BGN 20 is paid. And that's for every towel.

2. The use of a towel per person costs 2 BGN per day (you can change it to a clean one, payment or at the reception or it is credited to the room account every day - when using).

 

Pets are not allowed.

Parking Limited number of seats (subject to availability on the day of arrival and without prior reservation), for payment on the spot/15 BGN per day.
