For 10 pax or more traveling together there is a mandatory porterage fee per bag per person roundtrip to be paid directly to Hotel. Hotel with Resort Fee Hotel category : 2*. According to the hotel, any complaint must be dealt with on the spot with the reception manager during the guests' stay. Hotel will not accept any complaints through emails after the guest had returned home and did not ask for help during their stay. Please be advised that the Manhattan Times Square is still undergoing renovations, which are expected to continue into early 2026. The renovations will be conducted on a floor-by-floor basis, and parts of the lobby/entrance will also be under renovation. Of course, should any guests have an issue or complaint during their stay, they must address it with the front desk while in-house. The hotel will not be responsible for any claims once guests have checked out. The Manhattan Times Square hotel is undergoing renovations into mid-year of 2026 and will be discontinuing the complimentary Grab & GO breakfast offer on October 31st 2025. • Any bookings made prior to November 1, 2025 will have the complimentary Grab & GO breakfast included. • Any bookings made November 1, 2025- onward will not have the complimentary Grab & GO breakfast included , nor $ option to add on.
