SPA: Children under 16 are not allowed to enter PETS POLICY • Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome. • There is an additional charge per pet per day for pet bedding, food and a toy. • Pets allowed in the hotel are dogs and cats and are restricted to two pets per room. • Pets may not be left alone in the room. • The pet’s documentation with vaccination and deworming must be presented at check-in. • Appropriate behavior that does not disturb the tranquility of other guests is expected. • Pets must always be leashed in the common areas and will be allowed access to the Oligo terrace and garden area. • Pets will not be allowed access to the roof terrace, etc. restaurants or the spa area. HOTEL POLICIES AND EXCEPTIONS • The hotel will require a security pre-authorization at check-in per room to all guests to secure any incidental charges. This is mandatory and all guests must be informed prior to arrival. The deposit will be taken via credit card and will be fully refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation and deduction of any incidental charges, if applicable. • The hotel will apply an extra charge when guests use AMEX credit cards. • The hotel reserves the right to use the rooftop or any other space within its facilities for the occasional hosting of private events. • The rooftop can be accessed by all guests, however the use of sunbeds and rooftop pools is restricted to adults only. • Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. • Access to the Spa: Guests must be at least 18 years old to access the Spa. • Kids Club: Children from less than 3 years old must always be accompanied by an adult. Kids club service is complimentary for the clients. Opening dates will be mid June to the end of September. Dates may slightly vary and will be definitely confirmed before the season starts. POLÍTICA DE MASCOTAS • Se aceptarán mascotas que pesen menos de 8 kg. • Hay un cargo adicional por mascota por día, que incluye cama, comida y un juguete para la mascota. • Las mascotas permitidas en el hotel son perros y gatos, con un máximo de dos mascotas por habitación. • No se permite dejar a las mascotas solas en la habitación. • Se deberá presentar la documentación de la mascota con las vacunas y desparasitación al momento del check-in. • Se espera un comportamiento adecuado que no perturbe la tranquilidad de otros huéspedes. • Las mascotas deben ir siempre con correa en las áreas comunes y tendrán acceso a la terraza Oligo y al área del jardín. • No se permitirá el acceso de las mascotas a la azotea, restaurantes ni al área del spa.
