Dear partners, from today we won´t be able to provide meal services out of the normal times, as cold dinners or early breakfast, except by previous written confirmation, detailing the hours/pax and service required. [ Meal plan • Half board Half Board includes breakfast and dinner. During dinner, water, soft drinks, beer and wine are available free of charge on a self-service basis. Dinner can be changed for lunch on request at the hotel reception. • All-inclusive The ‘All-inclusive’ package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet in the main restaurant. Snacks are available at selected times between meals for a minimum of 3 hours per day. Selected international brand drinks and local wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks are available for a minimum of 12 hours a day. Free water is available from dispensers in restaurants and bars. Access to the gym (reservation required, subject to availability, minimum age 18). Dinner at the ZENsation Restaurant at least once during your stay, with prior reservation.

The aparthotel Hotel Playa Park Zensation is located approximately 1,5 km from a beach. The old town is around 500 m away. The nearest shops you can reach within around 500 m, a supermarket is around 200 m away. There is a shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard. To reach the beach a shuttle is provided. The air-conditioned hotel has a 24h reception (check-in is possible around the clock), a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, 3 lifts, a supermarket and other shops, cash machine, a jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms, a first aid kit, parking spaces as well as a TV lounge with satellite TV. In the outdoor area of the property you will find a garden as well as a heated pool that is open seasonally (open all year), where you can rent pool towels for a fee and sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for free. There is also a children's pool with a children`s slide. Furthermore, outside you can find a sun terrace. Inside the hotel you can use an indoor pool. You can store your valuables in the safe, and your luggage in the hotel`s storage room. For your entertainment, the hotel offers a library/reading room and a disco. For very young guests, kid`s chairs, highchairs and cots can be provided. There is also a laundry and ironing service available at an additional cost to customers. For your comfort there is a concierge service. If necessary, you can contact the medical centre at any time (for a fee). Guests at the accommodation can get a wake-up call from the hotel personnel. For conventions and other business meetings, the hotel offers a business centre as well as a conference area with a total of 30 seats, printer as well as overhead projector. If you want to explore the holiday region, you can use the car and motorbike rental service close to the hotel (extra fee). In addition, the hotel sells tickets for excursions. For guests on their honeymoon, the hotel has special offers such as special honeymoon packages. In your hotel, a lot of focus is placed on sustainability.
