Please be informed that on the 29/03/2025 and 19/03/2026, the Nyepi day of silence is honoured in Bali. The festival is a public holiday, part of the Hindu religion and is meant for silence, fasting and meditation (no light / electricity / Wi-Fi). From 28/03/2025 until 29/03/2025 and from 18/03/2026 until 19/03/2026, there will be no check-in or check-out and a MIN 3 nights stay will be required over these dates. This will mean there limited electricity in the hotels. The lights in the lobby and main hotel areas will be off. The guests can have lights on in the room, but curtains must be closed. During this time certain facilities such as the indoor treatment rooms, outdoor hydrotherapy pool, swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms, yoga pavilion, as well as Ayurvedic and facial treatments will be temporarily unavailable. Guests can still enjoy access to the Kedara spring pools, gym, Pilates studio, yoga bale. Most COMO Shambhala treatments, including massages, body care treatments, Abhyanga treatment, acupuncture and marma therapy, will be available either in-room or at the outdoor treatment pavilions. The working hours are between 09:00 and 16:00, daily. There may be noise/ visual disturbances.
