Kuban Hotel is located in the centre of Sunny Beach, on 200 m from the beach.

Renovated in 2017, 20 floors, 5 lifts, 254 rooms.

Double rooms economy* (max 2+1/3+0) appr. 18 sq.m.– twin beds, the extra bed is an extendible armchair.
*Double economy is the same as a double standard room, the guests reserved economy room cannot choose view or floor and will be accommodated upon availability of the hotel.

Double rooms (max 2+1/3+0) appr. 18 sq.m. – twin beds, the extra bed is an extendible armchair.

Double Superior rooms (max 2+2/3+1) appr. 20 sq.m. – twin beds, the extra beds are extendible armchairs.

Junior Suite (max 4+0) appr. 40 sq.m. – king size bed in the bedroom and extendible sofa bed in the living room. Units are separated by door.

All rooms have bathroom with bathtube and shower, hairdryer, furnished balcony, sat TV, mini fridge, telephone, air-condition, free Wi-Fi, carpet floor.

 

Children

Children’s section of the swimming pool with water slides, baby cots (upon advanced request, payable – 10 BGN per day at the reception upon arrival), highchairs in the restaurant, animation, electronic games (extra charge).

 

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: 3 outdoor swimming pools, Aqua park (free for hotel guests), sun beds and parasols by the pool, animation for adults and children (6 days per week), water gymnastic, fitness (free for guests with All- inclusive), darts.

Payable: Internet kiosks located in the lobby, Game centre with bar (drinks included in All- inclusive program, games against extra charge), billiards, water sports on the beach, massage, sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, laundry, fitness.
